A blend of beef and lamb mildly seasoned with spices and smoked. Filled in large natural casings. Ideal for simmering, microwave or oven baked. Serve piping hot.

Cooking Instructions

Bring the water to the boil, turn down to a slow simmer then add the Hellers Smoked Saveloy’s and heat through until hot. Do not re boil the water, as this will cause the skins to split.
