Made from the belly of pork, very versatile from wrapping around prunes to make devils on horse back to using to make some of the best weekend bacon butties.

Cooking Instructions

Under the grill: place on grill tray below heat for approx. 3-4 minutes each side.
In the frying pan: brown for approx. 10 minutes at a medium heat turning frequently.
In the oven : heat oven to 200ºC. Bake for 12-18 minutes, no turning necessary.
